This practice has gifted me an awareness and a connection to my physical self that I cherish deeply, and it’s a form of expression I love to explore.
And then, there is music. If yoga is my silent symphony, then music is the one that fills the air around me. It’s the soundtrack to my days and the companion to my thoughts. I lose myself in melodies that can make my heart soar or soothe a restless spirit. But my biggest, most cherished dream is to move from listening to creating. I dream of the day my fingers will find their confidence, dancing across the ivory keys of a piano to create my own harmonies. I yearn to open my mouth and not just sing, but to truly release a song—to let my voice soar, strong and clear, carrying my emotions out into the world. It’s a vulnerable, thrilling dream, and it feels incredibly intimate to share it with you.
So, why am I here, in this space with you? This is my live, unfiltered blog. This is where the boundaries between my passions blur into a unique, spontaneous performance. Here, the stretch of my body during a yoga flow becomes a visual melody. The music we choose together sets the tone for our connection.
