About Me:
My name is Jess, and I believe that the most important thing in life is to remain a kind person and be able to love yourself, people, animals, and the whole world around you. In the past, I often compared myself to others and thought that I wasn't beautiful or talented enough. But over time, I realized that self-love begins with acceptance. I have learned not to scold myself for mistakes, but to support and notice my good qualities. When a person respects himself, it is easier for him to give warmth to others. I also realized how important it is to live in the present moment. Now people are in a hurry all the time, worrying about the future or remembering the past, forgetting to notice the life around them. But happiness is hidden in simple things: in the sound of rain, in the evening sky, in the smile of a friend. I feel it especially strongly around horses. Horse riding is my favorite hobby. When I get in the saddle and the horse starts running, I feel free and calm at the same time. Horses are very intelligent and sensitive, they teach patience, confidence and trust. That's probably why I love all living things so much. It pains me to see the cruelty of people towards animals or nature. I try to treat everything carefully and believe that even a little kindness can change the world. That's why I became a volunteer at an animal shelter. On weekends, I help take care of dogs and cats, walk with them and try to give them care. When an animal begins to trust you after fear and loneliness, you realize how important love is. I want to live my life in a way that leaves me with more goodness than pain. And I believe that if everyone becomes a little more attentive to themselves, to people and to all living things, the world will become much brighter🐎 🌊 💃 ☀️ 🍑
