My name is Nova, I’m 18, and I came into this world to become the best version of myself. I’ve always felt that I could be more than just another girl following someone else’s standards. The path I chose wasn’t just a way to earn money or gain popularity; it became a journey of personal development and self-discovery.
I grew up in a small town, where I always felt a little different. An introvert, I often retreated into myself, preferring solitude and deep thinking over casual socializing. At school, that sometimes felt strange, but at some point, I realized that this was my strength. I always believed that everyone has a unique quality about them, something that deserves to be seen. And I wanted to find a way to show mine.
When I finished school, I didn’t want to follow the usual path. I didn’t want to sit in an office or work in dull jobs that didn’t offer any growth. I was looking for something that would allow me to express myself, develop confidence, and feel free. That’s when I decided to step into a new space. But not for easy money—rather, to work on myself and develop the qualities I’d always wanted to improve.
For me, it became an opportunity to discover my own identity, overcome internal barriers, and find my unique strength. At first, it was through aesthetics: learning to create an environment where I could be myself. Paying attention to details, consciously shaping my image, creating content that reflects who I am, my values, and my interests—these all became part of the process. But more than anything, it taught me to open up to others without the fear of judgment, without the fear of not being liked. And most importantly, I learned to accept myself as I am, without compromise.
Every day is a step toward greater self-awareness. I’m learning to be strong, independent, and yet still maintain my softness and openness to the world. I don’t try to please everyone, but I want to be genuine, first and foremost, with myself. I can see how with every new step, I’m becoming more confident, more mindful, and more balanced. And although the path isn’t always easy, it’s become a real journey where I find myself and uncover sides of me I didn’t even know existed.
I’m proud of the fact that every day, I’m moving toward my goal—to become the best version of myself. And no matter what decisions lie ahead, I walk this path with the confidence that every step is bringing me closer to my dreams.
